I haven't stayed at Willys place yet but I will stay there on my next trip. I will tell you why. I stopped by Willys after spending 2 says trying to find my way around Hatfield. Willy gave me more information in 5 minutes than anyone else had for 2 days despite me asking a lot of questions every where we stop. Willy gave me a tour of his place and it was well cared for,neat and clean and the grass was mowed which is more than I can say for the place I was staying at down the rode. I spent 4 days total at HFM trails and out of all the people and places I saw Willy was the most informative and professional. That is enough for me. My wife likes that there is always someone there and that will make her feel more secure on our return trip. I will see you in the fall Willy!

Willy has saved my trip more than 1 time. Last time there he sold me a belt for my rzr and I still running that belt. He has a big selection of parts and he is open every day and rates are fair. We stay in an rv so we have not styed in his cabins but I have been in them and they are always nice + clean. Willy keeps his place in A1 condition. I would recommend Wild Willy to everyone.

After flipping my ATV on Oct. 17th I ended up at Wild Willy's needing some miracles performed on the 18th. One used rim, and a hour of work and I was back on the trails for 3 more days of riding. Side note Wild Willy was correct, the atv was totaled. Great work and rates , Thanks again.

We are getting to be regulars at Willy's and when we ride that is where we go. Everyone in our Family rides so we go with 4 quads and stay in one cabin. We have enough room and are very comfortable. Willy has also 2 times saved our vacation due to their helpful attitude. Let's face it, stay anywhere else and you will get a place to stay. With Willy's they become invested in your vacation and to your good time. Advice and experience they have! Trust them, they will help and they want to help. I think we have stayed there at least 6 times now and are scheduled to go again in Thanksgiving. ATV's break, tires blow and things get bent if there is a way to get you back running they will help you. Willy has a shop and works on ATV's! What is that worth??? Priceless! Bottom line is I have never had to pack up and go home early because of a failure, I have had breakdowns and I have fixed my quads with Willy's help. He helps find parts/gives (GOOD) advice/and they visit and make you feel at home. They are welcome in my home!

One more thing (Important): Willy (His advice is good) when they tell you not to use GPS to drive there - TRUST THEM! GPS will send you down roads that you should only drive on with a quad. I listened to their directions. Thank God! I have spoke with others who didn't listen. The have told us that the drive in was a train wreck!

This was my first trip to Hatfield McCoy and it lived up to expectations. I found Wild Willys on the Internet and I'm sure glad I did. The cabins and the proximity to the trails was perfect. Willy was very helpful with providing directions to the type of trails my son and I wanted to ride, plus where to get gas and a good meal. I hope to come back and ride the trails again soon and will definitely stay at Wild Willys.

We spent 3 nights at Wild Willy's, 3 cabins,11 of us in total, and had a great stay despite the almost constant rain. Willy is a straight shooter, tell you like it is kind of guy who seems like he'd do anything for you. My buddy had an issue with his RZR and Willy loaned him use of his garage, as well as a hand, while they worked on his buggy. Wild Willy's would be my 1st choice when I go back to HMT!

Just booked my fall trip at Wild Willy's, I think that will be number 6. I had always heard of the Hatfield/McCoy trails and so I got on the internet looking for a good place to stay and ride a lot of trails without having to trailer all over West Virginia. Well I didn't find a good place, I found a GREAT place and it's called WILD WILLY'S. Bonnie and Willy make you fill like family, no questions asked. Last trip up back in March, I put 332.6 miles on my machine from home base (aka: WILD WILLY'S) and never moved my truck once. Give them a try and you will not be sorry.

I found Wild Willy's on the internet and I am sure glad I did. Stayed there in the month of July and had a few friends cancel at the last minute so I arrived without anyone to ride with. Willie found out and immediately hooked me up with three super nice guys from Virginia. We spent three days riding over 200 miles and had a blast. This is a really nice place and is clean and safe. My trailer was riding a little rough and Willy worked on it while we were riding, making everything right and hardly charged me anything. This is a nice and safe place. You can't go wrong with Willy's!

Had a great time! The cabin was comfortable and clean. Having AC after a long day was great. All the people we met were friendly and helpful. We will return to Wild Willy's!

Wild Willys is a great place to stay if you are visiting the Hatfield McCoy Trails! We had a blast. Willy is a great host and offers a great service with the cabins and ATV repairs. We will be sure to visit again!

we stopped in at Wild Willys atv rezort, looking for a brake line for an arctic cat. Didnt have the part, but he was very helpful in suggesting alternatives fixes to my problem with the brake line. we also bought some hatfield mccoy shirts and decals while there.....thanks again for your help

Hey Willie, I was there with a group of tw200 enduros, although i didn't stay at your place i was impressed on how clean and organized it is. And thank you for the o ring to fix my buddy's bike. And again for trekking out into the woods with your utv to pick up my others buddy's bike when it broke down out there. I will be coming to see you guys again as i would like to rent a utv for a couple of days and stay in one of your cabins, awesome set up keep up the good work and great attitude. I will also have to try your fishing tip when i am there again.

Had a great weekend at Wild Willy's ATV Rezort! 

Was able to grab a last minute cancellation so I could join my family Memorial Day Weekend 2016. Wild Willy's is the place to stay if your going to ride Indian Ridge, Pocahontas, or Pinnacle Creek. There are only 6 cabins, and we had 4 of them this weekend. Even though the place is small, the cabins are great. Best part of staying there was the shop on site for any problems you run into. I had a double split on a rear tire on the second day. Patched it up enough to get back to camp and Willy had me back out on trails in less than an hour with 4 brand new tires. He had a used tire that would have been just fine, but the deal on the tires was too good to pass up.

Great place to stay. Will be going back this summer.

Great place with great owners. This was our first time doing the trails and Willy was very helpful in getting us set. The cabins are great and the bunks were surprisingly comfortable. We will be back!

Wild Willys is the ONLY place to stay when riding HMT!!

Built by a man chasing his dream. Gotta love it. Willy loves to ride the HM trails. The problem was he couldn't find anything to meet his standards. Not high, not low, but just like baby bear and her porridge, somewhere just right. So he searched out the property and built his dream. Willy handbuilt these cabins to serve a purpose. To provide HM riders with a clean place to sleep and shower, the necessities needed to be comfortable, a place to hang out with friends in the evening, and all within close proximity of good riding. Well Willy and Bonnie (the real glue holding it all together) achieved their goal. Within minutes of 3 trails, you simply cannot find a better place to stay. Sure you could go to a hotel or even to the big resort up the road. But its not Wild Willys!! A hotel is just that - a hotel. The other resort is a lot bigger and not personable at all. It is crowded and its obvious the plan was to jam as many prefab cabins and campsites into one area as possible. Simply stated, Willys provides exactly what us trail riders need at a fair price. And oh yeah, I almost forgot. the whipped cream on top of the ice cream. Willy will almost surely come down and say hi and hang out a bit. You will leave here feeling like a you have new friends, which you do, and not waiting to come back again. And lastly, don't forget to say hi to the cherry on top of that whipped cream. Her name is Bonnie and she is the wind beneath Willys wings. See yall soon. G

This was our first stay at Wild Willy's but it won't be our last. Our cabin was great and hospitality was absolutely the best. Great people to spend the weekend with.

Just got back from our four day stay with Willy and Bonnie. It was a wonderful experience. The hospitality that Willy and Bonnie showed was first class!!!! We can't wait to book another trip!!!!!

Best place to stay at Hatfield McCoy trails! Willy is a blast! Came down to the cabin every night to say hello and find out if we needed anything. Gave us trail info told us best places to eat and ride. He knows the trails inside and out! Cabins are clean and well designed and had everything we needed. Garage onsite was a huge plus since one of our guys had a issue. Willy got on the phone with the parts store and lined up the parts for us and we were back on the trail the next morning. Cant ask for better people than Willy and his wife. They are running a top notch operation!

If you haven't stayed with Willy and Bonnie your really missing out! Good ole southern hospitality is what you'll get here. My son Justin had to park his quad after a spinal cord injury he received after falling out of a tree in 2012. After extensive surgery and therapy over the next 16 months he came to me and said he felt he was ready to ride again. That next day we scheduled a trip to WV to stay with Willy and Bonnie (and Rover). It was a day that i never thought i would ever see. We have been riding and racing ATV's all our lives. My son still suffers from some paralysis on one side of his body but the cabins were quite easy for him to get around in. It was an awesome day that first day back on the quad and I'm so glad we chose to stay at Willy's. We cant get up here enough these days. We will ALWAYS stay here and tell everyone we know about Wild Willy's ATV Rezort. We know hundreds of riders that range from the first year riders to pros that run the GNCC race series with us. You wont find a bigger advocate than us when it comes to Willy's. We've stayed with several others along the trail system but we will always prefer Willy's!! So what are you waiting for?!?!?! Just stayed in the "Lodge" and had a blast! They have clean updated amenities, and the Trails were easily accessible from the rezort as well! Willy, and his wife have gone above and beyond to get this place going! Super personal feel, and great southern hospitality!

Had a blast. This was our first time at Wild Willy's and what a great place to stay. We will be back in the spring!

This week was my first stay at Willy's after making 2-3 trips each year since 2006. Willy's place is super clean, he and his wife are very friendly and you can quickly tell he and Bonnie are out to treat their guests the way they would want to be treated. Willy is also a rider to the core, knows the trails very well and made some excellent suggestions to me as well as tips and trips on my "still new to me" RZR-S. The place has a cozy, family feel that I liked so much that I went ahead and booked the next trip with Willy - great folks and I really enjoyed staying there.

Just got back from four nights and three days at Wild Willy?s to ride Indian Ridge, Pocahontas and Pinnacle Creek trail systems. The cabins are clean, comfortable and just right for a great riding trip. Willy?s knowledge of the trails is something you won?t get at other places and a great help to first time riders to the area. There was also plenty of room to park our 20 foot trailer, which can be a problem at many places. 

Willy and Bonnie go out of their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Looking forward to staying with them on our next trip.

I am in LOVE with this place! The campground is very beautiful and the owners really take care of you. I have stayed at a lot of different places and this is the best place we have stayed. The cabins are so cute and very clean. The cleanest place Ive ever stayed in. I would eat off the floor its so clean. The Owners are so nice and really make you feel welcome..I can not say enough good things about Willy and Bonnie.. Thank you so much for making our stay at your resort one of the best vacations I have ever had!!!! Cant wait to go back!!!!

We have stayed at many campgrounds at many trail systems. Wild Willy's is the best by far. The cabins are nice, modern and clean. But the best part is the friendliness of the owners, Willy and Bonnie. They also have a cool little watch dog named Rover.

willy was the best great guy to talk to was mingling with the guests all weekend, hell he even started our fire when he brought us fire wood...

ps: the creek that runs thru the property was awesome and we even had fun with rover Willy and Bonnie's dog

WOW!! Just finished up putting camping gear away and cleaning up the ATV's after a 4 day stay at Wild Willy's. As I sink back in my recliner, It sinks in what a wonderful time our family had at Wild Willy's and the Hatfield McCoy ATV trails. Willie was awesome and made all of us feel right at home. He was full of great advise, pointing out the best trails, the local eatery's, directions, everything we needed to know to get the most out of our stay. Willy was quick to offer assistance with some minor mechanical issues and stopped by many times each day to make sure we all were having a great time and our needs were filled. Willys puts a personal touch on the stay that makes all the difference and we sure felt welcome and at home. 
The cabins were very nice, clean and adequate for even a large group like ourselves. Wild Willys shortcut to the trails had us there in just minutes so it was no big deal to whip back into camp often for meals or whatever reason. We sure had a great time and the personal touch you get from Wild Willys can't be beat. I know my family and I will be back to Willys again in the future. Thanks for an awesome vacation!

Can't beat Willys. Nice clean cabins. Off the beaten path. Willy and Bonnie are supreme hosts. Spent a long weekend. Excellent!!!. Willy is rsuper cool! Hung around the campfire with the "tourists", great conversation on camping, fishing, hunting, guns, 4 wheelers, trail bikes, dirt bikes, construction equipment, you name it !!!! Willy and Bonnie took us on and escorted tour of HM trails and others, even payed careful attention to our younger less experienced riders. Heading back as soon as possible. Can't find a better place to spend your $$$. Bringing a bigger crew next time.

10 years of riding in WV but my 2nd Stay with Mr. Willy-Class Gentleman with heart and class. Cabins are extraordinarily clean with hot water, grills, micro waves, comfortable beds, covered porches, fire ring and most importantly Willy. Willy goes out of his way to make sure you are happy and well received. He is a straight shooting honest man who I don't mind paying to stay at his resort. Personal touch and class all the way. Willys sells Hatfield/McCoy trail passes and he knows the trails and area very well. So if a fun and relaxing time is what you want, you will get it at Wild Willys ATV/SXS Resort

Had the pleasure of spending a long Thanksgiving weekend at Wild Willy's. Could not have picked a better place!!! Rode for 3 days and was lucky enough to get the "private" tour including the chicken run and plenty of dirt licker rails. Willy and Bonnie are the best and look forward to our next visit

Had so much fun Willy! My Odyssey was so awesome to play with up there and I really cannot wait to come back! REALLY! I also loved the new cabin! You have really done a great job with the ATV Resort and not only that but the way you keep your I want to say company rather than renters happy, content and you will make sure they know where to go and what to do. I just cannot say enough great things about you and Bonnie and how I enjoy spending my time there!

My group has not stayed with you guys yet ,but we are always looking for a cooler place to try out. We take at least 3 or 4 trips a year hope to be talking with you in the near future.

Our group of four riders arrived at 2:30 am to find the key in the door of our cabin!! when we saw that we new we were at a good safe place. our cabin was very clean and cozy! plenty of room for the four of us nice porch,grill,picnic table,and fire pit. all of this overlooking the creek! which i must say is very relaxing! i think it put me to sleep every evening!!(BEER probably had nothing to do with that) !!!!! WILLY you are a great host, you are going to have a great business once the word gets out!! Bonnie you are a good women for letting WILLY follow his dream! we wish you two the best of luck in your adventure!! we rode the outlaw trails, there is alot of good riding up there, WILLY will tell you how to get there! if you dont have a gps dont worry cause we didnt either!! just find riders pradise bar along the trail and ask if they can get ahold of will aka stinky! if he isnt busy he will show you a good ride (well worth it)!! thanks again WILLY and Bonnie!! we will be back for sure!!!!!
