ATV Rental Reservation Terms

*In order to reserve an ATV rental, the rental fee plus sales tax must be paid at the time the reservation is made.  Rental insurance fees are due at pick-up.
 

*ATV rental fees are non-refundable if your reservation is cancelled with less than 4 weeks remaining before your rental date.  ATV rental fees for holiday/holiday weekends are not refundable under any circumstances.
 

*In the event you must cancel your ATV rental reservation with more than 4 weeks remaining before your arrival date, Wild Willy's ATV Rezort will make every effort to fill your reservation by posting notice of availability on our website and our Facebook page.  If we are able to successfully fill your reservation in its entirety, we will refund your rental fees minus a $50 cancellation fee.   

*Cancellation requests due to inclement weather will not be accepted.

*Date change requests will be only be accepted if there are 4 weeks or longer remaining before your scheduled rental date.  Date change requests are subject to availability.

*Failure to arrive for your scheduled reservation with no communication will forfeit your ATV rental payment in its entirety.

ATV Rental Terms and Conditions

*ATV must be returned in the condition it was received.  Damages due to operator error are the responsibility of the rental customer.  Damages up to $1000 will be paid out of your security deposit.  Examples of damage charges include but are not limited to:  damaged tires, wheels, plastics and other body parts, labor to repair, replacement parts, recovery expenses.

*ATV's are for use on Hatfield McCoy Trails or Spearhead Trails only.  Discovery off Hatfield McCoy Recreation Area or Spearhead Trails will be subject to forfeiture of security deposit and your rental will be terminated without refund.

*Renter agrees to wear proper safety equipment at all times.  A helmet is included with each rental at no charge.  Eye protection is recommended but is not provided.

*Passengers are NOT allowed.  All rental units are single rider units.

​

*ATV rentals may be operated by the designated operator only.  Sharing of ATV rentals is not allowed.

​

*Must be 18 years of age and a licensed driver to operate an ATV rental.  Valid driver's license must be presented at pickup.  

​

*Rentals can be picked up at 9am on your first rental day and are due back by 8pm on your final rental day.  We do not offer half day terms.  Late charges are assessed for failure to return rental units at the designated date/time.

*Trail permits are included free of charge for ATV rental customers lodging at Wild Willy's ATV Rezort for two or more nights.  (Single day permits will be issued for 1-2 day rental customers.  3 day+  rental customers will be issued an annual trail permit.)
